Cedars is delighted to accept full fee paying overseas students. In 2013 the cost is $380 for one year.   Year 12: An additional Higher School Certificate administration fee of $1000.00 is payable.   Cedars Christian College is delighted to accept Full Fee Paying Overseas Students (FFPOS).  The fee structure has been developed to ensure each student has access to the full educational programme and to this end Cedars has established an ESL (English As A Second Language) programme for FFPOS students.  Students may choose to take advantage of in-school training (up to two days per week during class time), depending on their English proficiency, either individually or in small groups.   For more information please contact our Registrar Mrs Nicola Piper on (02) 4271 8124 or email npiper@cedars.nsw.edu.au

Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

1. Primary School fees cover Kindergarten through to Year 6. Junior Secondary School fees cover Year 7 through to Year 8. Senior Secondary fees cover Year 9 to Year 12.
2. Fees are due and payable on invoice within the first two weeks of term 1 and the first week of terms 2– 4. The final year of HSC will be payable over the first three terms.
3. College fees are GST exempt. Payment may be made via cash or cheque at the College, via BPay as per Tax Invoice, or Direct Debit. EFTPOS facilities are available at the College, and payments can also be made online via the College’s website. All payment arrangements are to be reviewed annually.
4. Payment arrangements for fortnightly or monthly payments can only be paid using Direct Debit and details are available through the Accounts Office.
5. A year’s fees paid in advance by February 8, 2013 will attract a discount of 4%.
6. Years 5,7,9 & 11 will be charged an additional $275-00 activity fee which will include camp costs.
7. Year 10 will be charged an additional $100-00 activity fee which will include their leadership training day and other activities.
8. Cedars Christian College will continue to fully subsidise the cost of ‘Board of Studies’ approved courses. Vocational courses that do not contribute towards an ATAR will be subsidised to the extent of $1,000 plus any reimbursement received from the AIS for such courses.

NEW ENROLMENTS

9. An application fee of $50.00 is payable for new families.
10. An enrolment fee of $350.00 per child up to a maximum of $700.00 per family is payable on acceptance of the enrolment offer.

PENALTIES

11. A fee of $30.00 per letter may be charged for each late fees notice sent to parents. Parents should contact the College Fees Manager or the Business Manager if they are unable to make a fees payment by the due date to organise a payment arrangement.
12. A dishonour fee of $30.00 will be charged per dishonoured payment.
13. A full term’s notice must be given in writing when leaving the College otherwise the following terms fees will be charged.

PARENT PARTICIPATION SCHEME

14. A Parent Participation Levy is incurred for a family if the 4 hours of service in the previous term have not been completed. If you have any queries about this item please do not hesitate to contact the office.

BUILDING FUND LEVY

15. A compulsory building Fund Levy per family of $250 a year or $62.50 a term will be charged. This fee is due and payable on invoice within the first two weeks of term 1 and the first week of terms 2 - 4.
